What we collect

When you use our products — InboxOps, DualStream, Mileage Tracker, or sign up for a waitlist — we may collect:

• Email address — when you sign up, submit a contact form, or join a waitlist
• Usage data — interactions with our products (what features you use, when)
• Content you provide — messages, emails forwarded to InboxOps, SMS via DualStream, mileage entries

What we don't do

• We never sell your data. Not anonymized, not aggregated, not at all.
• We don't track you across the web. No third-party ad pixels, no creepy retargeting.
• We don't read your content unless it's necessary to provide the service (e.g., InboxOps categorizes emails you forward to it).

How we use your data

Only to provide and improve our products. That means:

• Delivering the service you signed up for
• Sending you product updates (you can opt out anytime)
• Debugging issues and improving reliability

Data storage

Your data is stored on infrastructure we control. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. If you want your data deleted, email mitch@brey.cloud and we'll handle it within 30 days.

Third parties

We use select infrastructure providers to run our services (hosting, email delivery, SMS). These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by data processing agreements. We don't share your data with third parties for their own purposes.
